Job Description
Silicon Kinetics is a privately-owned advanced biotech tools company which has developed a novel, high-performance and highly competitive porous silicon-based system for measurement and characterization of biomolecular interactions. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who will participate in training of customers and assist in trouble-shooting. The successful candidate will be familiar with optics, electronics, mechanics, precision fluid flow, and software, preferably with instruments for the life sciences industry. He/she must be excellent customer relationship , problem-solving, and communication skills, and willing to travel extensively, if required.
