Job Description

Silicon Kinetics is a privately-owned advanced biotech tools company which has developed a novel, high-performance and highly competitive porous silicon-based system for measurement and characterization of biomolecular interactions. We are looking for a Senior Account Scientist to manage our Eastern Region. In this position you will report to the CEO and lead key account penetration and development in academia, biotech and pharmaceutical industries, working with Application Scientists. The position requires a strong technical background and an MS or PhD in physical sciences with a minimum of 5 years experience in proteomics tools businesses. Strong track record in key account sales is a must. The successful candidate will be an energetic, enthusiastic and tenacious leader with strong people, communication and customer relationship skills, who thrives in a small company environment.
